We’re moving to Spain! Well, at least that’s the plan, although it’s still very vague. Me and my partner decided that we don’t necessarily want to spend the rest of our lives in the old blighty and thought that Spain looks like a feasible – and sort of, I don’t know, sunny? – option. We also thought we had plenty of time back in 2016, but Brexit referendum happened in the meantime, which spurred us into action. So we’re now looking for a property to buy in Murcia, with a view to move to Spain next year. If we can’t find a house of our dreams this year, we’d move anyway and rent for a while. Either way – Spain, here we come!
In this blog, I’ll try to share our ‘moving to Spain’ experience – which I hope will help (or at least interest) those who may be considering a similar move. We’re only at the very beginning, but watch this space. And enjoy!
